Woman Captures Cops Breaking Into Her Home On Video

Video

Description:

Sheriff’s busted into my private home at approx 6 am on Tuesday March 30, 2010. They banged on the door and yelled “Open up… Kern County Sheriff” etc.. for about 4-5 minutes.. I was alone and they were looking for Joe, the man they beat up on the roadside a few months ago in Bakersfield, California. They said they had a warrant but when I demanded to see it, they then retracted their statement and said “We don’t NEED a warrant!!” They threatened to arrest me.. and tried to ORDER ME in my private home to “back off” of them. They unlawfully entered and terrorized me. Then they went to my friend Alan’s dad’s house where he was and approached him with guns at his head and threatened to “RIG” a drug test on him to frame him for something. They also said they would kill Joe if they find him. They refused to identify themselves and when I asked one if he was a robot.. he replied “YES”!

No you’re retarded; and if you want to live in a police state, into which this country is turning very quickly, go live in North Korea.

      • Comment  by urgent

        no, she’s retarded

actually a bail enforcement officer does need a warrant to enter a home of the interests home, family residence, or anywhere else so you guys are stupid, this lady just when about it the wrong way

            Cite the law.

          • Comment  by Wootton

Taylor v. Taintor, 83 U.S. 366 states that a bail enforcement agent can enter the property of a fugitive without a warrant. If this was the fugitives home, he can enter. The police on the other hand need a warrant or her permission and do need to properly identify themselves.

And opening the door does not mean you are allowing someone inside. They cannot come inside unless you actually say that they can.

  2. Comment  by JOE

Unfortunately she is because she allowed them to walk right into her house. She should have cracked the door and talked.

  3. Comment  by ergo

    so what happened

  4. Comment  by ecko

na they still had no right to go in her home without showin proper identification that wasn’t right. another victim of how our ” justice ” system works

  5. Comment  by Keen

She opened the door, once she did that according to the law she welcomed them into the home.

  8. Comment  by James Ryan

It gets pretty creepy at 5.30. Who do you call when the cops won’t leave your house?

  9. Comment  by Rollins

sue them all! have them arrested and fired! call the newspaper, tv shows, your mayor! anybody that will listen. CNN, FOX news, MSNBC call them all. they have no right to enter that house with out showing a warrant! find out if they did get a search warrant and when it was issued see if it was after this incident. wannabe cops! pigs!

  10. Comment  by Mike

Opening the door isn’t the same as letting someone in. Someone standing outside my apartment when I need to get out does not get to walk in just because the door is open! That’s just plain stupid!

  11. Comment  by Austin

I’m a bail enforcement agent, and, in all honesty, we don’t need a warrant. If we believe a felon is in a home we can enter the home without warrant.

    • Comment  by supercoolcop

you might be able to but that should not account for the rest of your goons get a life

    • Comment  by Light the Darkness

So If this is true, do you have any guidelines to follow such as informing police that you are about to enter a home? Or providing some kind of justification for your belief that a felon is in a home? If you mess up and break into the wrong location by mistake, you could get your brains blown out because the fearful homeowner believes a burglar or other criminal is posing a eminent threat to his well-being. We still have the right to protect ourselves and our property
so don’t get too cocky with your mail-order badge.

    • Comment  by Jose' Finklestein

so where did you get that information?? STFU!

  13. Comment  by Jack

This obviously doesn’t happen to normal citizens… only criminals and those that associate with criminals.

  14. Comment  by Dave

tbh, she opened the front door. the other officers forcibly made their way in thru the back door or the windows.

  15. Comment  by realfreedom

Before she opened the door they was already in the house in the video shown. Kinda reminds you of the history books don’t it? Nazi’s just breaking in ordering you around and not showing a piece a piece of paper to justify there actions of breaking in entering. You people need to open your eyes before it is to late.

  16. Comment  by Rein

Am I the only one who thinks she sounds exactly like Joan Cusack?

  17. Comment  by cwboywz

And California has the GD gall to boycott Arizona! They should clean up their own house before talking about others.

  18. Comment  by emptyeyes

This woman was very brave to continually ask questions and challenge the polices false authority over her. It is true she didn’t come off very smart looking, but when you are faced with police officers in your home threatening to arrest you for standing up for yourself, I would challenge you childish naysayers to do anything but curl up into a ball and cry. They had no right to walk in without asking permission, and without a warrant showing probable cause to search, they were obligated to obey her wishes. Totally unlawful bullying which is standard for government.

  19. Comment  by emptyeyes

If bail officers don’t need warrants to search homes then they are in direct violation of the US Constitution. Don’t be a slave, stand up.

  20. Comment  by Dr. Black

Every crackhead thinks they know the law. I think those officers showed great restraint in not arresting that woman for obstruction. I also would have taken her in on suspicion of drug consumption and possible medical hold for mental illness.

    • Comment  by lies

you are an idiot just like a lot of people, what suspicions do you have that she is retarded or under the influence she was able enough to ask for identification and use a camera

  21. Comment  by Ray

what state …what county are these officers from?

  22. Comment  by simone smit

    just open the door!!!

  23. Comment  by lipface mcgee

she definitely has some kind of mental illness, showing that this video is fake because no idiot that is as big of a idiot as her could possibly make enough money to purchase a house

  24. Comment  by del

how did you shoot the video without them noticing it?

  25. Comment  by Pixelmovement

You don’t need to follow the law ALL the time, just when you want to look good. Everyone in the US of A knows that. Heck, sometimes I break into people houses and say, “I’m a bail enforcement agent and I don’t need a warrant.” It’s okay though, those people don’t NEED to know if it’s just some creep dickin’ around their house.

  26. Comment  by anonymous

It doesn’t matter what kind of person she is. The Constitution gives the same rights to everyone regardless of whether they are rich or poor, black or white, etc. We’ve just become complacent and “cooperative” (i.e. submissive) to the government, obeying without question. I see an illegal search… against the 4th amendment. Shame on them. If they had reason to believe someone was there, they could have done it right and gotten a warrant.

  27. Comment  by supercoolcop

Anyone else notice the lack of physical health and fitness in Kern counties finest? Even MR. SOCOOL bail enforcement officer which by the way is a pretty lame title for someone who with that kind of assumed power should be some kind of badass, was terribly out of shape.

  28. Comment  by Greg

I see that these cops are investigating the home of a man who’s already been convicted of a crime, so obviously he has less rights than usual. They probably are within the law to invade this home because it’s the property of a criminal, not of this woman. It’s property with tainted rights attached to it that she chose to live off of anyway. Maybe then, she should file a divorce and claim part of the property’s value as her own to do justice against the criminal who married her, if she wishes to do away with that taint. Just guessing here as to how the law works, but i’m sure you don’t know either, which is a point in itself.

  29. Comment  by frosty

What they did was very wrong but the lady was f****** stupid also.

  30. Comment  by Evonne Accristo

I think she tried real hard to cooperate… The sherrifs were pompous bullies as usual. You need this to happen to you before you call her names. I wish her luck and hopes she sues them all.
