     The reason it did not explode is because gasoline does not explode unless it is under immense pressure (i.e. internal combustion chamber in your car). Gasoline at ambient sea level pressure does not explode, it burns.

    I did something similar back in ‘79 starting a campfire. Wasn’t so lucky though; 2nd and 3rd degree burns over 40%. Almost died.

    Can I just say: F***ING IDIOT, how old was this man, and teenagers would get berated by the likes of him for doing what he believes to be Stupid S**T!!!

    I have seen a few times, blokes my dad’s age, getting together with their mates and being more childish than the “problem tear-away’s” Most recently it was 2 men in their 50’s throwing money on to train tracks as the train was coming!
