Description:
In 2002, UNICEF compared public education in 24 nations around the world. The U.S. ranked 18th. So what’s the problem? Are we spending enough per student? Are students spending enough time in school?
America needs to do some extra credit if its public education system is going to stay competitive. An original GOOD Video.
Hmmm… I know for a FACT that US schools/universities are inferior to European schools/universities. I have lived and went to school in the US round in the mid 90’s and after moving back to the EU (and finishing my education there) i found that the education in the US does not even come close to the higher EU standards.
So… ye… In those days it wasn’t very competative. Have no idea how it is now but i seriously hope they put some effort into it…
american students have no incentive to do better than they can. If they drop out or have babies then the government will take care of everything for them. and thats how the gov’t wants it.
Homeschool is changing the picture.
