Strange phenomenon in the sky. This occured in february, 2007 in Shubarkurduk, Kazachstan.

I’m at a lost for words, wtf.
It’s a well-known thing, just google for “Sun-Dogs”. The only less-common part it the ring being so clear (it’s usualy much fainter).
