Guy gets tired of expensive ink cartridges and designs a “Lego felt tip 110″ printer connected to an Apple Mac that can print anything using cheap ink.
That’s really awesome and totally useless at the same time.
It’s not useless. It’s making great “hello world” signs.
How long does it take to print a few words?
I love the lego people on it and the horse in the background.
That is way too awesome for me to handle, brings me back to my Lego days. Really liked seeing the people pretending to operate the printer.
Too much time on your hands…
You would have to get the paper exactly right for it to work.

Makes cool cheap printer.
Takes 20 minutes to print one page.
how is it with smaller print and more detailed photos?
This guy should be respected as a full fledged engineer and given a grant to work on more important problems.
For the kids who played D&D as a kid but didn’t become a millionaires.
Wow I love it! I want one.
That’s probably more reliable than 99% of printers out there =)
