Girl Runs Into a Giant Dust Devil

This footage was shot at Burning Man, Black Rock City, Nevada in 2006.

“What was it like? Windy! Once I was in it, I couldn’t walk because I would’ve fallen over. Best done with goggles and a dust mask– I tried not to breathe in and failed. I’d run into other dust devils before (there were a lot of them that day), so I knew this one wasn’t going to hurt me.”
