What do subterranean ant structures look like?



Excerpt from an anthropological dig on one of the biggest ant colonies ever cataloged.
A giant ant colony pumped full of cement and then excavated, reveals one of Mother Nature’s marvellous wonders.
We’ve seen what these giant ant mounds look like above ground but this is an incredible view of what the structures looks like underground.

    Wow, that’s incredible. I’d like to see one of those in a museum. Heck, it could already be in one and I wouldn’t know.
