This footage shows a cop stopping a girl for riding her bike on the sidewalk, he then mistakenly pepersprays himself in the face. Later he punches the girl at least 4 times.
What it looks like it that the cop wanted to pepper spray the girl, but instead sprayed himself. That stuff is strong,so it makes sense that her reaction would be to push him away from her. Then the other officers came to arrest her, and the first officer took out is frustration at his stupidity by assaulting the handcuff girl who had two other officers already on her back and wasn’t a danger to anyone. I’d like to know how this turned out. I’d have sued the officer also for excessive force as he had no business pulling out his spray in the first place.

Quite what he’s doing to her before he peppersprays himself is hard to tell, but if he were carrying out a proper search he would have asked her to step off the bike and surely wouldn’t have done it from behind with his arm around her. Why he had his pepperspray out anyway is suspicious, it looks like he may have been trying to assault her. I just love that cops are so dumb that they will beat someone up like that in front of their own camera. I hope they all lost their jobs, and get some time. I really hate how they think they are above the law, could you imagine how much jail time 3 members of the public would get if they were caught on camera doing that to a cop.

Just on the pepper spray alone, you are not to use it in a close proximity situation. He should have learned a good lesson then why you don’t.
