Cop Promises Cameraman He’ll Be Raped in Jail

On August 13th, NYPD raided an art event held at a collective art space in Bushwick, Brooklyn. A number of people were arrested, most on charges of running an illegal social club. During the raid, police pepper sprayed different rooms filled with people, and subsequently harassed people filming outside the space; threatening one of the cameramen with arrest and subsequent rape in jail.
